The process is simple!

For address template:
1 - Open downloaded PDF in Acrobat Reader, which is a free program most likely already on your computer. (If not, a free copy is available from Adobe: https://get.adobe.com/reader/)
2 - Type each of your recipients' addresses. To change font attributes, select the text you'd like to format and press Ctrl and E (or ⌘ and E on Macs), which will bring up a formatting menu. Once the page is full, save as a new file, and print on your labels. (IMPORTANT: Be sure to select "Actual Size" from the "Page Size and Handling" section of Reader's print dialogue.)
3 - Repeat the process for another batch.

For return address template:
1 - Open downloaded PDF in Acrobat Reader, which is a free program most likely already on your computer. (If not, a free copy is available from Adobe: https://get.adobe.com/reader/)
2 - Click in a highlighted area, delete the existing text and type your own. The font swooshes are actually the { and } characters if you inadvertently delete one. To change font attributes, select the text you'd like to format and press Ctrl and E (or ⌘ and E on Macs), which will bring up a formatting menu. When finished, watch the rest of the page auto-fill.
3 - Then, you're ready to print on your labels! (IMPORTANT: Be sure to select "Actual Size" from the "Page Size and Handling" section of Reader's print dialogue.) Print as many copies as you need.
