The process is simple!
1 - Open downloaded PDF in Acrobat Reader, which is a free program most likely already on your computer. (If not, a free copy is available from Adobe: https://get.adobe.com/reader/)
2 - Click directly into a highlighted area and type your content. To change font attributes, select the text you would like to format and press Ctrl + E (or ⌘ + E on a Mac), which will bring up a formatting menu. Once the page is full, save as a new file, and print on your labels. (IMPORTANT: Be sure to select "Actual Size" from the "Page Size and Handling" section of Reader's print dialogue.)
3 - Repeat the process for another batch. Once finished, keep your saved files and use them year after year, making changes as needed!
