The process is simple!

For address template:
1 - Open downloaded PDF in Acrobat Reader, which is a free program most likely already on your computer. (If not, a free copy is available from Adobe: https://get.adobe.com/reader/)
2 - Type each of your recipients' addresses. The field for the names will automatically uppercase and space the letters as shown in the pictures. Once the page is full, save as a new file, print on your labels. (IMPORTANT: Be sure to select "Actual Size" from the "Page Size and Handling" section of Reader's print dialogue.)
3 - Repeat the process for another batch. Save the files and use them every occasion year after year, making address updates as needed! (Competitors browser-based products expire, and you lose the ability to update addresses going forward.)

For return address template:
1 - Open downloaded PDF in Acrobat Reader, which is a free program most likely already on your computer. (If not, a free copy is available from Adobe: https://get.adobe.com/reader/)
2 - For your return address, click into a highlighted address area, delete the existing text, and add your own. For the family name, this field is a collection of fonts to include the swooshes and connecting heart. Click into the field toward the end -- in between the "e" and the "s" that contains the end swoosh. Type your family name here and then delete the existing family name "deaugustine". To change any font attributes, select the text, and press Ctrl + E (or ⌘ + E on Macs), and a formatting menu will appear.
3 - Then, you're ready to print on your labels! (IMPORTANT: Be sure to select "Actual Size" from the "Page Size and Handling" section of Reader's print dialogue.) Print as many copies as you need.
