The process is simple:

1 - Open downloaded PDF in Acrobat Reader, which is a free program most likely already on your computer. (If not, a free copy is available from Adobe: https://get.adobe.com/reader/)

2 - Click in a highlighted area, delete the existing text, and add your own. To space out letters as in sample, add a space between each letter (ex: D E S S E R T).

3 - Save your file and print on a card stock. Repeat the process for additional categories. Reuse the file as many time as you need year after year! (You could also bring saved files to a copy shop if you prefer.)
