The process is simple:

FOR PDFS
1 - Open downloaded PDF in Acrobat Reader, which is a free program most likely already on your computer. (If not, a free copy is available from Adobe: https://get.adobe.com/reader/)

2 - Change the wording to customize the certificate for your business. (Type your information in one section, and watch the other sections on the page automatically update, so you only need to fill in your details once.) You can also make multiple variations, if needed.

3 - Save your file, and you're ready for printing . . . on kraft paper, white card stock, or any light-colored paper of your choosing. Then, cut! (You could also bring the saved files to a copy shop if you prefer. ) To use the gift certificate in e-mail, text, or social media, easy instructions are included.

FOR WORD
1 - Open downloaded file in Microsoft Word. Make all your changes to only one of the certificates on the page. Change the wording and change fonts, font sizes, and font colors, as desired. Delete the existing logo, and insert your own in its place, sizing as needed.

2 - Once you're happy with your certificate, go to Fie > Print to see your changes applied to the entire page in the Print Preview.

3 - Save your file, and you're ready for printing . . . on kraft paper, white card stock, or any light-colored paper of your choosing. Then, cut! (You could also bring the saved files to a copy shop if you prefer.)
